Bishen Gosai

Me in a single word: Driven.

I was born in Lenasia, but when I was 8 we moved to Mpumalanga. I loved the freedom of growing up in a small town. I had dedicated school teachers and mentors, but I also got involved in the family businesses, which taught me many skills.

As a kid, I wanted to be an architect, but after studying Graphic Design in Johannesburg, I worked in printing and publishing, then moved into software sales and distribution. My role now is on a technical level, supporting the electronic signature market.

After hours, I like watching political dramas, like House of Cards and Homeland. And when I cook, it’s grilled meat done from scratch.

On my bucket list?  A game reserve where I can cycle while enjoying nature. Just don’t ask me to get on a rollercoaster. Heights? No thanks. I’m not afraid of organising stuff, though – in fact, bring it on. Give me an event or project, and I’ll oversee it from start to finish.

A while back I had a narrow escape, at a previous job, when armed men walked into our offices and took our computers and valuables. Thankfully they left us alive and unscathed.

I think what the human race desperately needs now are more affordable living costs.  Energy shortages are having a negative impact on businesses globally. We also need stricter anti-drug laws, because addiction is destroying lives.

Here at Learning Curve, I’m part of a unified team; we support and guide each other, and on bigger jobs, our brainstorming ensures success. That kind of unity is vital in any team.

I’m proud that Learning Curve is the only Adobe Platinum Reseller in Sub-Saharan Africa offering tailor-made solutions to suit all budgets. We have a knowledgeable, experienced team who give the best licensing advice and support.

This company is dynamic, and for me, that’s a perfect fit.
